Payment scheme + contract issues, if you don't think you can land a sale, just get the 3 invoice for GP1 and then resign after getting salary. If you don't get a sale during GP2, you will have salary deductions which might end up with you getting nothing. "CLAWBACK"- they will assure you it's a wrong term but it will reflect on your last pay once you don't meet KPI (sales requirements). If you don't have a sale, base pay goes down to $1.5. Lowball given its a B2B sales account. You do the calling, lead generation, contract creation, closing. False advertisement.
