Pros
You get paid twice a month. You get free breakfast 1-2 days a week. Every now and then you get a laugh while working.
Cons
Everyone is afraid to be fired every single day they come into work. This includes everyone except the owner (obviously). Due to the fear of being fired everyone throws everyone under the bus. Almost all employees talk behind other employees back. The company is failing financially and once they lose a few big accounts the will be belly up. You will not be allowed lunch though you will be sent out to get lunch for the whole office and take 5 different credit cards/cash and orders and if you mess any of them up the other employees will hate you. You can't take days off. If you do you will be warned and then fired. You get 0 vacation days for the first year and even once you do get PTO you won't be able to take it because you will get fired.
