Pros
Great opportunities for networking with immediate access to useful contacts in your career. A great place to start and grow! The team pushes you to put your best effort into everything you do and calls you out when they know you can do better. It's a very inspirational team to be a part of and if you can handle the pressure it's a great place to work.
Cons
Very VERY long hours and work around the clock. Everything happens last minute so it leaves little room for planning. During Awards season you are pretty much sleeping at the office.
