The salary, bonus and others benefit quite goods.
Cons
Heads of Department (HODs) are not directly involved in daily operations and rely solely on reports prepared by their staff for presentations to management. Despite this limited involvement, they continue to hold their positions. This has contributed to a challenging work environment with internal politics, which can make it difficult for others to perform effectively.
