Refurbished offices, decent lunch room, health focused work benefits.
Cons
Treats staff as disposable, while claiming loyalty to staff success. Highest staff turnover I have ever seen in such a small organisation. Not prepared to invest in resources to help staff work to full potential. Dishonest to their own clients around what is actually offered. Delusional about how wonderful the work culture is. Most staff are overworked, under appreciated and worst are bullied into working outside of office hour or meeting unrealistic deadlines.
