      Some flexibility with changing schedules Some nice people Promising company outlook Interesting deals

      Cons

      -Very cliquey to the point of immaturity and being unprofessional -Certain people in charge are on a power trip, very set in their ways , TOXIC and two faced -Salary and bonus don’t keep up with competition and the increasing cost of living -Understaffed -Unbelievably high turnover

      Salary, bonus and benefits are good. Lots of potential for growth. Hard work is recognized (monetarily at least).

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture - results are most important even if you have to cut corners and treat people badly to get there. Unacceptable behavior runs through every layer of this company
