Pros
Pay and benefits are good, but could definitely be better as they are not competitive with other large manufacturers in the area. Free care at a nearby clinic. Stable company with a high value line of products.
Cons
ZERO employee appreciation, laughable pay raises, extremely dangerous and hazardous work environment. No bonuses or profit sharing. Only a chosen few will ever have career advancement opportunities. Nearly impossible for a union worker to face any kind of discipline so salary workers often get stabbed in the back.
