Pros
Very innovative and good tech, super easy to work with as a programmer. Super fun to work with such an exciting project. No scrum which cuts down on meetings and gives the employees a greater level of autonomy. Rapid iterations and fun prototyping and very good benefits and pay.
Cons
I can sometimes wish there would be greater collaboration within the code team. It is encouraged but in practice it doesn’t happen that often in my experience.
