      Working for products which helps patients Good work life balance and generous annual leaves

      Cons

      Lacks of proper management and direction. One of a top manager jumps ideas quickly which caused a lot work wasted. In month 1 he wants something developed and in month 3 he changed mind and all the effort are thrown away. People are asked to do different jobs, some of which are far away from each domain.
