The think they know everything but all about money. They control everything from an email to a phone call. Constantly on your back all day. They also do not like anyone who can't just say yes. Very High Turnover at Santa Monica Office as well as West L.A. No opportunity for ADVANCEMENT. They are always right. No desire to help you expanding your knowledge in this field.
