Pros

I made stupid money. I genuinely loved my job. I loved a handful of managers. Life was good.

Cons

Read your "Non Compete" with a lawyer, along with every other document they send your way. Trust your gut. Don't plan on using your PTO for anything at all. Trust and believe it will be thrown in your face later.. Definitely not allowed in their book. Speak up politely about the shady practices, your job is threatened. Be prepared to be gaslit daily, threatened, and talked down to the second your nurse count slips. They scream culture and acceptance and they are a "family environment" but will proceed to let you know how much of a terrible person.you are for putting your family's needs first. Proceed with caution. Nurses don't like you, staff don't like you, clients don't like you. You are the literal laughing stock of the travel nurse world from all angles. Quit blaming recruiters when nurses refuse to work for this comedy show. Quit blaming account managers when the clients don't want to do business with this chaotic mess. Take ownership and maybe try to repair the damage before the ship sinks and you have to file bankruptcy...that's where you all are headed.

Pros

Nice buildings and better equipment than most places you will work. Some locations have games and pool tables for downtime and walking desks. Good company insurance.

Cons

CEO is genuine and overall good people but let himself be duped by C level staff they hired to look good on paper and accommodate growth. Poisoning themselves from within. Culture is a trendy term at almost any company, a point this company used to have going for them, but the politics and corruption have produced reprocussions. The company allowed the people that built this success to be disregarded, discredited and consequentlyhave been forced out, or plan to leave with the truest sense of disappointment. Upper leadership that were brought in have little knowledge in their business process or the technology and vision that once drove the companies success. They hide behind collaborative deceit and deflection. . They obscure results to show false progress and and receive accolade for efforts that are not their own. They've been allowed to hire friends and staff from previous professional relationships that now coelesse in hiding this failure. The HR department is comprised of mostly caring and hardworking people, but led by the very definition of dishonesty with a smile. Much of what started the downward spiral. The backbone of the company, the recruiters, are managed by people that are so focused numbers they are not getting, what they are not doing, they are blatantly disrespected and even threatened.

Pros

Nice benefits, perks, carpet and chairs

Cons

We could not believe what we were hearing. There's a pandemic that is getting worse by the day, and the CEO puts out a video that things are better. Then in a meeting, a senior leader is offering extra days and incentives for people to come in the office regardless of threat or personal comfort level. Other managers are saying they are being pressured to promote this.
