Pros

I started 7 months ago. Have written over 800,000 in premiums of Short Term Plans - That's over $100,000 commissions. I'm happy. I'm almost out of debt. And I'm no longer a wreck! I feel good about myself and my future.

Cons

At first, I didn't like working late during Open Enrollment. But, it seemed sales were easier after 5 pm.

Awesome to hear! We have a number of people that have similar experiences, especially from this past Open Enrollment. The next OE is set to be even bigger. After 5pm and on weekends there is a 95% decrease in agents that work. This is pretty well known at lead vendors, so feel free to check those stats. Those agents that put in a couple hours in the evening just a couple days a week see tremendous contact rate improvements.

Pros

I have been licensed for over 4 years now - my first 2 years as a captive agent with another company was very tough but a good learning experience. After 2 years at Health Reform Team I have developed a profitable book of business with multiple A rated carriers, started to team build, and am making more money than I ever have in my life! The reason why I made the change after the first 2 years was for survival, I had to change my approach by integrating new technology, introducing a lead system beyond cold calling and referrals, and expand my portfolio. I was able to do all these things and more with Health Reform Team and am excited about all the opportunities to come!

Cons

100% Commission - but to me that is a Pro because people get paid what they are worth!

We have good agents, and we have great agents. This sounds like a great agent. We do our best to help agents make the most of themselves, while helping customers get the best plan for their needs. We do not believe in a true cold call, and prefer slightly warmer prospects to help. Additionally, we make considerable investments into our technology and lead sources to bring as many inbounds as we can. Keep up the good work!

Pros

I have been working with Health Reform Team for 3 years now. In the first year I doubled the income I had been making working for another agency. By end of year 2 it was triple. I am extremely happy with the way management continuously works to provide leads for the agency. By following the proven leadership of this company you will find that you will make a lot of money. The company believes in having fun along the way. You will not find any drama here!

Cons

There is nothing to say here.

We do like to have fun! We also like to see an agent succeed. I you think about it, I can't think of any company that actually wants an agent to fail. The fact that when you come into one of our bigger offices, and you can see and speak to the top agents that are here makes you realize that there is huge potential for those that can do it. Realistically, not everyone can, and that is not a knock on anyone, just some are born sales people, and some have to work harder at it.
