      Pros

      Some of the long time admins that are staying there are really good and nice.

      Cons

      There is no growth in this company, racial discrimination is dominant specially for a specific race I will not mention. Be careful if you are going to work here. Previous management has been demoted because of power tripping and new personnel has been on-boarded due to the multiple resignation that occured. People on high titles scare you that they are indispensable and that your complain will automatically put to trash.

      High turnover Poor work/life balance Excessive workload Unrealistic expectations No trust/ respect for hygienists “Lead hygienist” secretly stands outside the op to listen in on other hygienist’s conversations with patients, without patient consent. Therefore, against HIPAA. Expects hygienists to bill OHI code for EVERY NEW PATIENT — if not, “lead hygienist” will be on your case. Management always looking for problems. Never recognizes all the hard work staff is doing to keep the business running and patients coming back. This place will burn you out physically AND mentally So many more things I can list, but you get the jist
