Business outlook
Pros
Good people, gave me really good work experience when I really needed it, good location. The new VP is clearly trying and is very good, but has an impossible uphill battle to fight.
Cons
The company is on it's way out. The product isn't good and everyone who works there is stretched so thin they can't possibly do good work. Everyone ends up doing far more than their job descriptions and becomes very stressed out and negative. The people who are leaving are the good people, the people who are staying are toxic. Every day was getting a little bit worse and it was no wonder clients were dropping us.
