Pros

Cool people and 1 hr lunch. I began in August of 2019 and left a year later

Cons

CEO is extremely unprofessional, there is poor structure and communication. If you have bad data sets don’t expect to make commission. CEO will threaten to fire you over anything because “at will” and will accuse you of “taking advantage” of UNPAID sick leave. Most data analysts are on a work visa so they can be taken advantage of.

Pros

The pros at this company are that you make good money if you achieve a bonus every month (100K in recoveries) and if you're working with good data. However, if you do not have good data it will be harder to achieve a bonus every month. We also get paid for Christmas break and a Christmas bonus.

Cons

We do not get PTO until you make a year with the company and it will only be 5 days of PTO, there are micromanagement problems, and poor communication between departments. There are very high expectations of people when we are still in the process of growing and they are constantly trying to measure productivity when there is no way of doing so when everyone is working with different data and facilities. There is no leadership at this company and the morale is very low.

Great group of people. Not a fantastic place to work.

Pros

Average employees are all very nice. Depending on your background, you might learn a lot about the insurance and hospital industries as far as their making money goes.

Cons

Management doesn’t really understand what goes into the work their data analysts do because none of them have the technical background. This makes mediating disagreement between groups incredibly hard. New employees aren’t trained well and are expect to perform at the same level as everyone else from day one. Also does the bare minimum to deal with employee safety during the coronavirus pandemic, even when workers were testing positive, which really puts in perspective how much more they care about profit than their employees.
