      Interesting projects in med tech space. Freedom to work independently and learn

      Cons

      Limited processes for new employee initiation. You're expected to learn and figure out a lot of stuff on your own.

      You will be made to work on all the sub domains of your major discipline. So, You will get A to Z, hands on experience about the project workflow. Good work space for interns and freshers

      Cons

      Cant guarantee a permanent job role here, as all the employees are hired on contract basis (6months, 1 year). Mostly contracts are written for 1 year even though how much experience you hold.
