Pros

- amazing flexible work policy (unlimited annual leave too) - good amount of socials and dedicated people team to increase employee morale during a tough period - easy to locate office - good company mission (in theory) - great benefits structure

Cons

- the idea works in theory, great mission etc. in reality it is not the case - the way they have grown is not sustainable, and now they are a little lost with their offering - mgmt have a slight arrogance to them. they're convinced this is the best thing to have ever happened to anyone... not quite

- A committed team that communicates well - Company meetings held on a bi-monthly basis that is very honest and open about the business with a 'Ask me anything' style approach - A lively atmosphere with a lot of social events each month - A very high quality and well-educated team

Cons

- Lacks some of the structure of larger companies but is expected of a start-up - Limited in some circumstances by budget
