      Pros

      work timings was appropriate and any update in the process was properly communicated.

      Cons

      Interview process was hustle free. Yet the training plan seemed not upto mark. An experienced candiate could still catch up with training but was very difficult for a fresher. The management had no back up plans in case of any project termination and abruptly asked the employees to leave within 15 days.
