Cons

Toxic Culture, lack of staff motivation. Profit driven. Leadership team about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Pretend to care about staff they don’t. Back stabbing hateful culture.

Great responsibility, touching a wide variety of areas, some of the managers and employees have great experience

Cons

They don't know how to manage pressure. Do not know how to accept criticism. Sometimes the social atmosphere is unpleasant.
