      Restructure, redundancy and CEO gone. All in a week

      Pros

      Can work from home. 25 days hol. Close down at Xmas. Dull offices. Selfish leadership. CEO going is a real shock. Things going down hill fast.

      Cons

      Too much work due to restructure and redundancies. Didn’t plan. Didn’t think through all the options. Just shaved off 20% of workforce without any regard for who picks up that work. Leadership invisible now which is even more amplified by the fact we are all still WFH.
