      Interaction with the residents. Satisfaction in helping the elderly.

      Cons

      Everything about how this company runs it's business model. Not in the business of caring about the residents. More about property acquirement and gaining assets.

      The residents, some of the employees are nice but not a whole lot of good things to say

      Cons

      State comes a lot... there's always drama, lots of lazy coworkers. The management will work you till you're burnt out crying.
