      Pros

      For the most part it is a chill environment when working on orders. Can take days off when necessary foe doctors appointment, emergencies etc. Work load it's decent during busy season

      Cons

      Toxic environment between coworkers. If you're not in the circle you are alienated. I was laid off due to lows sales. There was no warning nor given 2 weeks notice.

      It was a relaxed environment as long as your work was getting done. A chance to be creative and overall, strong mission and values.

      Cons

      Poor management: No understanding of realistic timelines and lack of following procedures. High expectations with little reward.
