      boutique agency with some level of recognition and some decent previous project history, plus a few solid people working there

      agency has difficulty promoting solid, long-term business relationships, more of a flash in the pan agency looking for talent to grind out

      Team seems to work well together.

      Cons

      Owners are verbally abusive and never says no to clients. Expect people to work long hours and has very top-down management approach.

      Pros

      Lots of great clients and projects. The employees are great. Dog friendly. Located in a nice part of Glendale (Atwater Village).

      Cons

      Besides coffee, no amenities. No secured storage for employees. HR is a joke. PO's may as well not exist. Very few internal promotions (most are external hires). Contractors in the past have gone months without pay.
