Honestly bad management. HR will just gaslight you into thinking the company is great and doing their best even though their staff dislike their jobs and can't pay their rent. Upper management will micromanage employees and drive them nuts. I was groomed by a creepy employee at the Appleton location. Continuously told by staff (sales, repair, admin) that they hate their jobs.
