      No cons as such, as there is no company politics compared to other companies, completely german based work culture which is good.

      Cons

      If you are one man army you will be the happiest person, salary range is sufficient enough. Work location is kerala so you will the enviornment.

      The work environment is very good || Flexible Timings || No hidden charges in the payslip || People and management are very approachable

      Poor job security. Once the requirement is over, you will be in trouble.
