management couldn't care less about you understaffed, extremely stressful- once had to an 11 shift with no break. communicated with management about how stressful and short-staffed we were and was told to just "manage things better" ... is management not their job? last minute rotas gossip culture among staff- managers speak horribly about staff and spread rumours rude customers
