      Pros

      colleagues are great and nice to work with. young and energetic team.

      Cons

      its the boss's way or the highway. opinions or inputs are never taken as directors make decisions without proper thoughts of operational requirements. the working atmosphere has changed and its a pity to see a family business go cold and corporate (ie. investment banking). management made up of young talent that lacks maturity for leadership and mentoring.
