1} i was lied to from the start and was told it was monthly paid salary then i was told it was going to be changing to weekly paid however when i check at the end of the week i was not paid at all and when i confronted upper management i was then told it was commission based and you got paid what you sell/sign people up 2] expected me and others to travel outside of London knowing full well we was paying for the travel and knowing we was not getting paid 3) standing outside in all weather conditions and no cold weather uniform provided what so ever all in all i would avoid this company unless you can afford to be on a commission based salary just make sure they tell you this in the interview and are transparent from the start but this was not he case for me i was misslead from the start
