CEO's method of communication is yelling. Middle management rolls over and doesn't stand up for their employees to the CEO. Short-staffed, hard to get things done or escalate issues. Work hours are 9-6 EST which makes it feel like very long days. Lots of turnover.

Management hires, raises, loyalty, decision making, We were told they are looking for clients and hiring people to help when we didn't have enough work to begin with. Couldn't get more clients to account for overhiring so they fire people who have been there for years to add less skilled techs for cheaper. No benefits other than PTO - dont come here if you like perks. Don't volunteer for anything because you will just be on the choping block at some point anyway.
