      Pros

      The environment is energizing yet laid back enough to give you time for yourself. Everybody gets along while helping eachother tackle large tasks. Work balance is even and steady. Advancement and movement around the company is easy and encouraged.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime offered constantly making you eager to work more and earn more! You manage yourself and nobody breaths down your neck while watching your time which can lead to sidetracking so its up to you to stay on task.
