> The best team culture and dream team to work with > Lovely clients > Fair pay for the industry (I've done the same role elsewhere for much less) > Monthly team days + fun trips together > Working from home (or anywhere) - fully remote > No micro-management, responsible for your own workload and time management > Lots of annual leave and an incredible work-life balance > Clear career progression path and support from the leadership team > Early finish Fridays > Valuable health insurance

> That we don't get to see the team that often, an incredible bunch but WFH you see them online every day but in person monthly > Nothing else, it's an amazing company to work for and if you're ever lucky enough you will see why
