      Pros

      - Great culture. Everyone is incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful. - Diverse brands + creative projects to work on. Everyday is different! - Growing agency. Every week there are new wins and success stories. - Newly renovated office and nice environment. Vibey work space, large sunny balcony and unlimited kitchen snacks to power you through the afternoon. - Knows how to have fun. Lots of celebrations and big events throughout the year. - Management team and HR are easy to approach and understanding, they work *with* you.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and mentally demanding - as expected with most agencies.

      Good to great - small business blossoming into something special

      Pros

      The business has a fantastic culture. While we are at 40 staff, it still has all the positives of a small family business. People are happy to help, friendly and management are on the front-line and easily accessible. Because the business was born off the back of the social boom a lot of the team are young and fairly entrepreneurial, as a result, it's a great business to get opportunities you wouldn't get elsewhere. Age is but a number! The owner is hands-on and walks the floor, sharing stories and laughs - he sets the tone. The leadership team are intelligent and industry-leading in terms of their marketing knowledge. Collectively, the great culture and talented leaders make this a great place to work.

      Cons

      The business has grown quickly with new departments created and big clients onboarded at speed. Although this change was fast and for the best, there was a churn of some underperforming staff around 18 months ago This is behind us and the best is yet to come.

      Loads of variety and opportunities for growth Support with career development Great environment that rewards creativity Friendly team Great culture and autonomy with role Exposure to so many different brands and companies both from a marketing but also broader operations perspective - really great insights gained around how big companies operate

      Cons

      Some late nights, not your traditional corporate gig with set hours. You will put in some hours as required around your work load but it's very manageable. Multi-tasking is a must - if you're not someone who can juggle priorities and manage your time you'll find it tough.
