This company unfortunately is not diverse. 99.9% of the company consists of white women who look out for each other.

-Definitely outweigh any pros.... -toxic workplace culture from the top down, trickles from C suite to HR and below. -expectations are literal perfection as outlined in annual perf reviews -Extremely high turnover - you will see people set up for failure if someone doesn't like them on a personal level unfortunately -despite mission being stories focused on women and women of color, they do not value those things in that there is no support in women/mothers/worklife balance/equity/safe spaces, etc. -Requires you to be in office, no trust to be autonomous, very micromanagey managers -unprofessionalism from the top down - speaking poorly of employees, personal info mishared, favoritism, terminations with no notice/or prior reasoning -zero worklife balance any way you look at it. was quoted "if you have work life balance, you probably are not doing enough" **keep in mind 95% of 5 star reviews are from INTERNS, not true employees. why is that? **additionally, has been acquired by Candle Media, so keep that in mind when applying as many team members have crossed over and culture will most likely cross over to Candle as well unfortunately.
