Pros
I worked at Helping Hand Children's Center for eight year. The best part about working here is you meet some wonderful children with disabilities and your co-workers are awesome. The preschool director is pretty awesome too and does her best to keep her employee's happy. You always go home feeling like you made a difference in a child's life.
Cons
Sometime they don't receive raises for years and they start your pay off really low. There's also a nurse who tries to tell you how to do your job and snitches on everybody. No matter what you say she's always right and going to the management about her does nothing. They also have high turn over rates and there are many times you don't get your 15 minute break like your supposed to because you are already short staffed. They also have a once a year training that on the last day they give out awards. They have you fill out a ballot but they don't go by who really wins they pick who they want, which at the ends waste your time and leave you feeling pissed because there are some employees that really deserve that award.
