Worst Management HR always take the sides of the management Employees faced harassments from the management if they failed to execute the task which is quite difficult for them Management does not provide any resource of executing the task and when employees do in their own way they are harassed in front of everyone. Management did not give proper earned leaves to the employees If there is any newly appointed HR then all your previous earned leaves will get cancelled. They give warning letters to the employees without providing them with the time of learning the pattern of working The worst HR, I had ever seen in my 4 years professional career, her only intention is to abide the silly rules of the management. Employees cannot take leaves on Monday, Saturday, Friday and if they take leaves then salary will be deducted even if they had earned some leaves in their account. Freshers will not get any guidance as there is no proper training programs It is not a professional firm, it is a jail where employees are the prisoners No WFH provision even in the medical condition. It is not a web development firm, it is an academic writing firm If you don't serve notice period they will not provide your dues.
