Pros
The company has very interesting product and environment. One can learn a lot about agriculture and satellite image processing.
Cons
The company has very badly organized. They use weird and cheap software development tools and practices. Although the main programming language for the company is python but the code is really badly documented and hard to add any change. They try to save finances on everything. They can make you work on your own equipment for months and no one cares. About the tasks, some of them are very trivial and sometimes useless. You can do a task and later understand that no one uses what you have done. So the company is very unpleasant.
