Pros
Great company, pays higher than others private companies for the same job. Job is well organized, with a supportive team, beginning with the company's big bosses. Overall, it is a nice stable job
Cons
Working alone in the lab, it doesn't justify needing a lot of people so its only a person per shift for the whole lab. It's a small lab, its very doable, although it can be very lonely, as sometimes it's nice to have colleagues to exchange ideas and support your work to feel more secure in your decicions as well, as sometimes we face stressful clinical situations of patients.
