Pros

I typically err on the side of caution when reading Glassdoor reviews since it's mostly angry people sharing their experiences, but I can honestly say every negative review on here is true. There is nothing good about this company other than the fact that you get to work alongside some bright PR professionals and the PTO is above average.

Cons

There's a reason this agency is always hiring and it's because turnover is through the roof and no one wants to be harassed on a daily basis. I do not say this lightly - the CEO is a narcissist, paranoid, condescending and abusive. She fosters an unprofessional environment where employees question their worthiness and are made to feel like they are going mad. If she spends as much time in the office as she does gossiping about employees to other employees then this company might have a fighting chance at surviving because they hire talented professionals. All of this aside, the compensation is far below average, you're over worked, healthcare benefits are atrocious and there's low morale when you're not drinking at a company outing. Do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere.

Pros

• Nationally and internally recognized clients • Travel opportunities • Summer Fridays, work from home days, spot bonuses • Salary increases with promotions, unlike other agencies that promote you with no other reward • Opportunity to work on new business at any level of the agency hierarchy • Smart co-workers • Great place to grow • Upper management is always available to lend advise and provide support

Cons

• Never really “off the clock,” but that’s par for the industry
