      complete autonomy, No one is checking up on you, turning up is the only requirement

      Cons

      pupil behaviour goes unchecked, feels like a P.R.U. , No one knows what's going on as communication and leadership is at an all time low.

      Pros

      Lovely colleagues to work with and a nice environment within the school. You can tell that teachers are really passionate about the progress and well-being of pupils. Mixed ability pupils of all ages who keep you on your toes on a regular basis!

      The place is a shambles and the senior leadership team haven't got a clue what they are doing. staff leaving regularly due to poor management and student issues
