Great place to grow in a hands on finance role

I had been working at Herbst Software for the last 8 months, I genuinely enjoyed my time here. The company has a close knit, supportive team culture where ideas are welcomed and collaboration is real. As a Finance Manager, I’ve had the freedom to shape financial reporting processes and lead initiatives that directly impact how the business tracks performance and plans ahead. Work-life balance is one of the standout positives deadlines are realistic and there’s a strong respect for personal time, which isn’t always easy to find in finance roles. Leadership listens and genuinely wants to see people grow, which has given me plenty of opportunities to expand my skills beyond traditional accounting tasks. I want to personally highlight Anthony Rice, and all of the Herbst Family for being very accommodating and supportive in my tenure here,
