      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. They really care and appreciate their employees. Good pay and benefits and plenty of room for advancement and financial compensation.

      Cons

      Like all companies, there is always potential to grow. Old out dates rigs and lack of technology.

      Pros

      In the European sector, the Triumph rig is very modern with the best drilling equipment available. The Highlander which will work in Europe is also high spec.

      Cons

      They have hired a rig management who get things done through fear rather than mutual respect. People who were previously established with Hercules have been replaced with those who worked with the new management on previous rigs, predominantly from Northern Offshore and Prospector Drilling.
