Unlike other financial printers, this company does not discourage staff from chatting to one another; employment situation is relatively stabler for junior positions; progressive approach to industrial development; established systems; good HR; relatively higher salary (compare to average entry jobs) during peak seasons
Cons
Little professional development, little communication among different job functions, local culture, long working hours, small gossip circles exist, (senior) management tends to behave discriminatively against the 'small potatoes' in the company, salary is slightly lower than competitors
