      They will keep appraising you if they want you to be there.

      Cons

      They will not entertain/misbehave if they don't want you to be there or once you will resign. Ask everything to be written else they can denied whatever they said. They will not response at all after leaving the company if you need anything.

      Nothing at all, only team member is good.

      No manner to talking with developer, environment is not good. manager have no idea abut project management. they will not consider your time estimate.

      No Security of your Position, unethical Retrenchment or Termination could be done with Resources at any time, with out any reason, and for Support staff, worst management.
