      Pros

      1- The CEO is very listening, he has a very good knowledge of dealing with employees. 2- Good compensation 3- Working with experts 4- The location is very good, there are lots of affordable apartments around the company.

      Nothing comes to my mind.

      Good Salary in incentives. Nice health insurance coverage. World class products and customers. Provides lunch and snacks. Big rooms and nice location.

      Cons

      It's getting worse every year. The salaries and befits are decreasing specially for the newly hired people. Very weak HR team. Outdated systems. Not a dynamic environment and not much room for improvement and growth.
