      Pros

      Many Fresh & Young staffs, engineers are kind. If your boss is good, you can learn some skills from your team. But if your boss is not good and your team is a new one, your learning will be tough.

      Cons

      Good boss is very very important. Since many experienced people have left the company, and the salary is lower than other company, your boss will push you to do many things that you don't know. Sometimes no one else knows how to do!... And if your boss is not good, it will be difficult to apply annual leave. Also, if your boss is not good, you will have many chance to work over time on Weekdays and Weekends. Food is terrible & expensive. Management is a mass.
