      Employees care about their work and each other. Leadership is a revolving door. those in the trenches keep it rolling.

      Cons

      Toxic culture driven from the top down. Exaggerated turnover across the board despite being well paid. Narcissistic tendencies and ego driven leadership at the very top, who seems to care little about the people, just the dollars. Poor work like balance. Poor benefits. Constant upheaval due to extremely poor leadership.
