Pros

I can't think of anything that is good here

Cons

Zero career growth for you. No scheduled working hours. They can ask you for a meeting at anytime as per their convenience, though your shift timings might have ended they don't care. There's no future for anyone in this company. They rob customers and give false promises Company has not been able to secure funding after first round that was years ago No job security Poor behaviour by Management Brainless and selfish Management Most team members are typical Delhi people and keep fighting amongst themselves all are very arrogant though they might not be earning more than 8 lads CTC still they act like they are drawing 50 lads CTC Company is a typical HR job consultancy company but they try to portray themselves to be EdTech Their course material is copied from Coursera and others. No genuine content A lot of genuine people left the company in a matter of few months due to poor behaviour by Management CEO is Indian but pretends that he is American and tries to defame India and Indian culture from time to time on calls in front of everyone. Most employees are wfh from India but they are forced to write their job location as San Francisco on their personal LinkedIn profiles because CEO is ashamed to reveal that his staff are Indian. He tries to portray his company as American by torturing Indian employees and asking them to join meetings at odd hours as per his convenience. There's zero innovation by the management. This company is trying to replicate Turing in a lot of ways but they will never be able to match up to their standards. Most employees are forced to write fake designations while writing emails, which is unethical Bonuses are promised but hardly ever paid and many people left the company due to cheating on bonuses Almost all my colleagues are looking for jobs

Worst Work Culture and CEO

Pros

Nothing. In the name of working from home, you will be required to work 16+ hours with no salary benefit.

Cons

Employees are treated very badly here. CEO will insult you in every zoom call in front of everyone and also threaten you with your job saying "I won't let you work here, you are no good, etc., etc" and treat you like labor even after working like hell 24*7. CEO has no work ethic and is very arrogant. He doesn't know how to talk to an employee and will never listen to you. he has only one sole purpose in life just to make you enough demotivated that you will cry & leave your job. Very strict timings to work and yet no appreciation for your contribution to the success and hard work, you are putting in. Please do not fall for the fake reviews/testimonials for HiCounselor on Trustpilot, Review.io, and their website. They ask only a few users to post and provide reviews with their own suggested content. They make false promises before joining and later on, they will make your image wrong like you are not doing your job. No work culture and environment, ultimately you will get sick of their toxic behavior. So much politics and the Management team is very pathetic here, they won't listen to you. I am giving 0 ratings to the company in every category and never recommend it to anyone.
