      Awful company to work for !!!!

      Pros

      Casual work environment . Sometimes they do a monthly birthday celebration , but you have to clock out for it.

      Cons

      Awful owners with zero integrity, not to mention extremely rude, will talk down to you constantly.Lack of direction , nothing is organized and workers are rude Pay is a joke, they will take advantage of you whichever way that they can. Hours leave you no room for home/ work life balance, expect calls & texts into the middle of the night. Not open to any suggestions on improvement. Expect a problem everyday you go to work. Turnover is insane, people drop like flies. No benefits! Do NOT work here !!!!

      The worse place to work for.

      Birthday cake for birthday employees, Christmas dinner, Chinese New Year lunch and maybe a BBQ. Cash advance (but keep track on your own)

      Cons

      Female owner will fart in your face and look down on you The owners will jumped to the gun and blame warehouse first, even though its sales fault The owners see that you can always be replace even though you bust your butt to work there Inventory count way off, for 2 years nothing was count Owners do not trust anyone, there are cameras everywhere even in break room, maybe in restroom too, no privacy, has to go outside If you have ideas keep them to yourself, because they will use them and say they came up with the ideas Owners are very cheap, they will complain about Overtime but then they want to get the orders out Owners do not believe in Texas Labor Law. There are employees that kiss to their every needs

      Thank you for taking time to let us know how you feel. We are glad to know that you like the celebrations that we regularly throw because we really do care about our people. We are sorry to hear that you didn't like the security cameras. We do not have security cameras in the break room (and obviously not the restrooms either). We do have security cameras in both the office and warehouse. These cameras are for deterrent and safety purposes only. Employee safety is very important to us and it is common to have security cameras in the workplace these days. It would be helpful if you could specify which Texas Labor Law that we did not comply with, as we believe that we are in full compliance with all state and federal laws.

      Pros

      Not alot of pros except that most of the employees are wonderful people. I miss them alot.

      Cons

      Owners are very very difficult to work for. Micromanaging is the culture. You have to clock in with a finger print even when you are a manager. The owners don't trust their staff. It's hard to make decisions because of the lack of trust in all employees.

Regarding your feedback on micromanaging, we aim to hand over as much responsibility as the individual can handle - doing so benefits everyone involved. The only situation in which we micromanage is when there have been repeat performance issues. Also, while we used to have a time management system at the recommendation of our PEO, we eliminated it shortly after you left.
