      Pros

      The company supported me throughout while I was stuck in India due to an unforeseen immigration delay. The leadership, the HR and immigration team support during that period meant a lot. They support and guidance I got demonstrated that the organization actually care about the employees' well being. Further, from the time I have spent with HiLabs, I can attest that the compensation and the benefits are very competitive, and the exposure to cutting-edge technologies has really sharpened my skills in ways I didn't expect.

      Cons

      The work environment can be high-pressure, and there were moments it felt overwhelming. But looking back, that pressure pushed me to grow faster than I might have elsewhere.

      I have been with HiLabs for over 2 yrs and experience has been good. you have ownership of projects here and have to take up responsibility to get growth. the people are all approachable. Company is growing fast. you get to work on healthcare domain and become an expert. Cabs and the food are great, which take away a lot of inconvenience away from the day to day

      High workload and sometimes extra hours on some projects
