      Willing to take risks... Decisions are made fast... There are experienced, smart people in the organisation..

      Willing to take risks but.. only if it's their idea. Decisions are made fast but craft that takes time is overlooked and dismissed. There are experienced, smart people in the organisation.. held back by one.

      - Nice office on the Gold Coast - Office has an awesome Cafe - Cafe manager is an awesome guy

      Cons

      - They pay below industry standard (approximately 10-20% below) - Everyone seems to be a manager, but has very little say on business decisions in their department (micromanagement is abundant) - They don't reward skill and experience, but they do reward the perception of being a "hard worker". - You're more likely to get a promotion if you start early and finish late, regardless of the work you do in between
